The location was convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from the Entrance Town Centre. I loved staying in the superior bungalow, where the extra blankets were freshly laundered and wrapped in sealed bags. the staff were responsive, making it a real pleasure to deal with them.

Had extremely spacious and huge room, it included central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making equipment. A walk-in shower in the own bathroom was a plus. It had fabulous food, lovely staff...

Thank you very much all for a very good stay for holidays. The room with garden views was well-appointed and had an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave oven. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. The property's location was particularly good and handy, on the outdoor cinema.

I had a great time! the staff were amazing and really went ABOVE AND BEYOND. the spa was even better than expected. I'd totally choose this place again!

For sure I will be back. It is superior hotel, I appreciated its impressive rooms and LOVELY staff.

Food was great and I have nothing but memorable memories from this trip. Everything was well-maintained during 2 days, truly enjoyed its great and perfect location short walk to all the fun activities, shops like woolworths, McDonalds and basic shopping centre near by and shopping centres and Airlie beach.

The staff members were excellent and efficient. the location was marvellous and perfect, featuring an onsite shop and modern interior design. It was also very close to BCF for those essentials everyone forgets when camping, as well as a basic shopping centre nearby. 😄👍.

I had a wonderful stay during the Christmas holidays. the room was well-appointed and impeccably clean, with extra blankets that were freshly laundered and wrapped in sealed bags—everything we wanted was there. the staff was extremely friendly and very amiable. the location was fantastic—a short walk to public transport, the water park, and local pubs. Plus, it was conveniently near the water park!

The rooms here are quite spacious and clean with a dining area, sitting area, and a desk, all for a price of US$226.

The staff here was amazing, they even offered a free wake-up call and ironing service. the room I stayed in was neat and the bed was super comfy 😊. the best part was the location - it was great, right next to an outdoor cinema with views of a beautiful garden.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was ideal, being right opposite the waterpark, which made it so convenient for us to run over and enjoy the water slides. Additionally, it was close to all the great adventures on offer in the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with them going above and beyond to help us with our needs, including providing maps and advice on transportation. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a comfortable sitting area, a dining table, and a patio with garden furniture. We also appreciated the little touches, like the free toiletries and the provision of a washing machine and dryer in the room.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great facilities for families with kids, including a water park and playground. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

The price was a bit high, and our campsite was located far from the amenities.
